I didn't know it, but 4 boats down the dock from us was the yacht Privacy, it belongs to Tiger Woods. David was disappointed he didn't get to go look at it. I didn't realize who it belonged to. The yacht was beautiful and spotless. I hope Tiger gets to use it. As we left North Palm Beach, there was madness on the waterways. We were in the Land of the Giants, huge 150' boats everywhere. They are all beautiful and boy am I glad they're not on my tab, ha. We left the marina at 7:30am and after an exciting 10 hours, we arrived in Ft Lauderdale. I think we had a gremlin aboard today. The steering went out AND right as we were going through one of 21 bridges. We had to use our bow thrusters to steer !!! The gremlin had turned off the breaker and as soon as David figured out what it had done, he turned it back on and vwell-uh, we had our steering back. The next thing the little devil did was to monkey with the stabilizers. And I needed them today. The ICW was so narrow, with gorgeous mansions on both sides and crazy, crazy boat drivers going way too fast, creating 4' wakes that kept bouncing from side to side and back again (the water I mean) AND with our stabilizers out and me the one that gets seasick, oh my, sigh, sigh and exhale a very deep breath. Yes indeed, it was a very exciting day. We went from North Palm Beach, 45 miles, 6 hours that turned into 10 hours because of no wake zones, manatee zones and having to slow down because the guy in line ahead of you was going slow.

The line we were in to get to the bridge lift

It was quite rough, poor little dinghy

Lawn art, 2 horses, string art??

Jet ski turned barge

So many fish (the orange things on the screen)

This once beautiful home being demolished for something bigger and better I suppose

In line for the bridge lift again, 21 times

Great little beach in the middle of nowhere

This is how close the boats were passing each other

Our boat draws 5'6", theoretically we were 2" into the muddy bottom, but I don't think we actually were

Anybody see a gorilla?
