Sights to see
Days in port are usually filled with routine tasks. I cleaned the master head, David cleaned the sump pump and shower, and we Ubered to Publix. Publix is the most amazing grocery store. They have regional food sections, Germany, UK, Mexico, Caribbean and food from India. They have a section in the store for fishing necessities including poles, lures, line, frozen bait. The fresh salad bar is back and looked really good as did the olives bar. They also carry some unusual meats. See pics. We saw a fun boat full of men, greasing each other up with sunblock, heading out to the ICW for some beer drinking and lots of loud music. They were much less bouncy tiggers when the boat returned to the marina this evening. We're braving the waterway tomorrow to Miami. It will be a Sunday and the locals will be out with their jet skis, fishing boats, racing boats, pontoon boats and every other boat possible, it will be a zoo and stressful for us with everyone dashing here and there. It's only a 4 hour run so that is the silver lining.
