My shower door

Leon came today just like he said he would, that's a good thing!! He looked over the boat, gave us a bid to    compound and wax the entire boat above the water.  They agreed on a price and Leon's crew will be here in the morning and they

hope to be finished by Friday.  I'm glad we travelled yesterday because today was snotty here at the dock.  There was a surge of at least 12" which doesn't sound like much until you're down below on your hands and knees rearranging your shoes, cleaning out your closet then washing floors when those chores were finished.  Today was boat cleaning day but since it was so rough in the marina, I only did part of it.  David's decided to tackle the shower door in the guest head.  It finally gave up the ghost, the screws pulled out of the hinges and the door was literally barely hanging on.  David carefully disassembled the hinges, cleaned it all up and put it back together.  It took all day to get it apart as it was glued, screwed and glued some more.  Anyway, it saved us a minimum of $500 and a lot of hassle, plus it's done and I can take a shower tonight and that is the best part!
