Ooni pizza
There was another sailboat regatta today, we don't know who won but we did enjoy watching them all sailing around the marks. The wind cooperated for the sailors, it blew around 15-20 knots all day. The temperature was very comfortable and we kept the boat open all day for the fresh air to keep us cool. David got caught up on some paperwork that needed his attention. He also roughly planned our trip from here to Key West, tried to get marina reservations, a rental car so we can pick up some parts that Painkiller needs and miscellaneous business issues that needed attention. While he worked, I organized several cabinets, gave Ellie "some brushing's" and then a bath. I used her new hair dryer and she looks like she just came home from the groomer, well sorta, she was fluffy anyway. We are using our Ooni pizza oven tonight for homemade pizza on the back deck. We are really looking forward to this luxury. Before we got the Ooni, pizza was just not an option with my gluten allergy. Now since I found the Caputo "00" pizza flour that I buy from Amazon, we can make anything we want that requires flour. It is an Italian heirloom flour from the 1800's and for some reason, it does not bother me at all. It really changed my life, good stuff! Anyway, we're looking forward to another peaceful night on the mooring ball and pizza for dinner.
